About the project (provided by the applicant)
This renovation project redefined spaces for a family of six, tackling exposed structural members by integrating them into the design. The entry features a contemporary foyer leading to a challenging extended living hall split into two heights. We solved this with varied-height wall panels and a partition separating living and dining areas. A white-tinted Poojasthal acts as a calming focal point. The kitchen follows a minimal white theme contrasted with greys, while bedrooms reflect individuality—each with distinct character. The elder son’s room uses bold emerald green and charcoal grey, with an old lobby transformed into a sleek study. The younger son’s room is intimate and cozy, blending comfort with luxury. Finally, the old curvy elevation was replaced with a fresh textured façade, giving the home a modern, cohesive identity.
