Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project
About the project (provided by the applicant)
An interior where minimalism and comfort meet in elegant geometry. The project demonstrates how architectural constraints became a starting point for expressive design solutions. The 169 sq.m apartment, located in the city center, was designed for a family with two teenagers — active, modern, and appreciative of thoughtful comfort and restrained aesthetics.
The client’s requirements included a spacious and functional kitchen, a comfortable family gathering area, a full laundry room, and private bedrooms with individual bathrooms. It was important to maintain a delicate balance between functionality and visual calm — without excessive decoration, but with expressive architectural logic. Ceiling height limitations (only 2700 mm) and dormer windows set clear boundaries, so utility systems were concentrated in circulation and private zones.
