The premium suburban housing quarter is designed for those who value privacy, comfort, and aesthetics. These are not just houses, but a unique space where each plot continues the interior. The architecture creates intimate courtyard patios inspired by Japanese and Italian gardens, ensuring privacy, light, and connection with nature.
The façades feature cool natural tones — travertine, concrete, glass, metal, with graphite accents. Natural materials preserve their aesthetic appeal for decades. The layout is centered around the inner courtyard: living rooms with stained-glass walls face south, master bedrooms are on the north side for privacy. Spacious terraces are designed for relaxation and can be equipped with a pergola or glass dome. The location combines picturesque seclusion with convenient transport accessibility, allowing residents to enjoy nature without losing connection to the city.
