Sky Hills Cottage Community is located in the northern part of Almaty, in a mountainous area spanning 27.7 hectares.
Each of the 65 cottages ranges in size from 350 to 500 sq. m. The total residential area is 66,509 sq. m. The commercial area amounts to 13,722 sq. m. The development also includes 3,000 sq. m of playgrounds, 2,000 sq. m of sports facilities, and 1,000 sq. m of recreational zones.
