As part of the national project «Development of Tourism and the Hospitality Industry,» a scheme for the development of tourism in Russia is being created by the Federal Agency for Tourism (Rostourism), covering many regions of the country. With the necessary infrastructure in place—including scientific, hospitality, tourist, sports, and transport facilities—Tomsk Region could take a worthy place in this initiative.
The goal of creating the Multifunctional Wellness Center within the “Dreams of Siberia” scientific and tourist complex in the Tomsk Region:
- is to provide a common platform for recreation and communication in nature, as well as for sports, tourism, and creative activity.
Functions of the project include:
- tourism
- high-quality family and individual recreation
- sports
