This 80 sq. m apartment in the new Sobytiye residential complex is not just a living space but a reflection of its owner’s personality — a 24-year-old woman who loves pastel tones and refined details. The challenge was to combine classic style with the lightness of minimalism.
The redesigned layout includes a kitchen-living room, master bedroom, walk-in closet, master bathroom, guest bathroom, laundry room, hallway, and balcony.
The 4-meter-high ceilings became the main feature of the space. Molding and rosettes emphasize the elegance of classic design, while concealed lighting in niches adds depth. A mirrored portal in the TV area visually expands the space, with the reflection of the molding creating an illusion of infinity.
The walls serve as a canvas for a delicate atmosphere, with pearl, blue, and chocolate tones. The furniture features clean silhouettes with a vintage touch: mirrored fronts with an aged finish, gold and bronze accents — without excessive ornamentation.
The result is an apartment where every detail speaks of its owner — elegant but unpretentious, feminine but without an excess of décor. A classic spirit met with contemporary vision.
