The “Southern Riviera” residential complex is a 20-story premium-class building with 228 apartments. The complex is designed in a contemporary style, suits the seaside city, and harmoniously complements the existing landscape. The building’s facade features smooth lines, and some terrace railings are made of glass to enhance the visual perception of the natural surroundings.
The first floor houses service areas, including a security post and reception, as well as commercial spaces of various sizes for specific purposes. Among them are a European cuisine café-restaurant with apartment delivery, a mini grocery market, a laundry, a fitness center, and a children’s area.
The project includes a one-level underground parking located on the -1 floor, accessible from the elevator hall. The layout allows circular traffic, making it equally easy to park and exit regardless of the parking space location. The parking area is equipped with video surveillance.
