About the project (provided by the applicant)
The possibility of integrating the facility into the architectural character of Zelenogorsk was taken into account when planning the territory as a whole. The architectural style was designed to harmoniously fit the facility into the existing surrounding development. The technological solutions for providing hotel services and sports activities were implemented in accordance with regulations. The internal structure of the building is characterized by clear functional zoning based on technological process requirements and maximum comfort for visitors and staff.
The covered swimming pool building is one-story with a mezzanine and basement, rectangular in shape. Entrance to the building is from the east side of the newly constructed facility. The first floor accommodates a wellness pool (7.5 × 20 m), a children’s pool (2.5 × 7.2 m), a sauna, a hammam, and a jacuzzi, all within a unified space. The spatial and planning solution of the facility was developed with accessibility for people with limited mobility in mind.
