The multifunctional sports complex consists of two buildings connected by an above-ground passage. The placement of the complex on the site is determined by view characteristics: the hotel building faces the park, while the sports building faces the intersection near Konnaia Lakhta metro station. The complex has two separate entrance groups, one for each building. The main entrance is located in the sports building, designed with a central layout: the sports hall, pool, administration, and dining blocks are united by a common atrium.
The façades are designed in a modern minimalist style. The sports block facing the pedestrian boulevard features a ventilated façade of horizontal panels with protruding vertical elements and glazing. The side façades have full glazing, revealing the structural features of large-span constructions, along with horizontal sun-shading louvers. The entrance portal of the sports block is clad in corten steel.
