Best Implemented Interior Design Project for Public Space
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The architectural studio KEMELIN PARTNERS completed the central sales office for its long-term client, STONE, covering 700 sq.m. The goal of the project was to create a modern, multifunctional office space that reflects the brand identity.
The «SALES HOUSE» is designed to form the first impression of the company and demonstrate to clients the scale, high construction quality, and core values of the developer. The result is a bespoke design in a soft minimalism style, emphasizing harmony, practicality, and timeless design principles.
The office aesthetics are built on the principles of simplicity, light, and high-quality materials. The first thing you notice is the purity of lines and volumes. KEMELIN PARTNERS always pays close attention to proportions and the clarity of forms in their projects.
Even while working on interiors, the studio emphasizes its architectural approach to design.
