This is a design for an individual residential home. The façade is finished with brick, monolithic floor slabs, and a roof combining tile and standing seam metal. The exterior also incorporates façade plaster, and the roof beams are made of laminated timber.
A terrace is located on the shaded northern side. The living room features a double-height ceiling. The residential zone includes two bedrooms, a combined living and dining area, a kitchen, and two bathrooms.

Valeriy Nikolaevich Kirichenko
Over 17 years of experience in the construction industry. Participated in the construction of metro depots “Solntsevo” and “Brateyevo,” residential complexes for Samolyot Development, schools, and kindergartens. In 2022, he completed professional retraining in architectural and structural design and is now pursuing a new career as an architect.
