This private house on the lakefront is designed in a modern minimalist style, reflecting the client’s request for simplicity and functionality. The concise façades are made of porcelain stoneware and composite panels, complemented by warm inserts of wood-effect slatted panels.
The main concept of the project is a dialogue with nature. All living rooms face the water, and the panoramic double-height living room opens onto the lake, blurring the boundaries between interior and surrounding landscape.
The functional layout includes three bedrooms, a study, and spacious communal areas, meeting the family’s needs and emphasizing living comfort. The site, located in a lowland, was artificially elevated, allowing the house to sit on a rise and reveal striking views.
This is architecture where minimalism becomes expressive and nature is the main accent.
