The “Sverdlovskie Dachi” residential complex represents a new formula for comfortable living, combining tradition, high functional standards, and environmental sustainability. The site includes a multi-apartment building with integrated facilities, an underground parking lot beneath the building, and an inner courtyard. The integrated spaces are primarily designed for a kindergarten, a general medical practice center, and commercial premises with rental potential.
The volumetric and planning solution features staggered “brick” apartment layouts and terracing, creating an organically blending, fluid building form within the natural surroundings. The residential complex includes a multi-story building of 2–12 floors, with part of the complex designed as three-story urban villas located south of the main sectional volume. The finishing materials include clinker brick, wood-textured porcelain tiles, stained glass, and green roofs.
