Svetlanovsky 45 Clubhouse is a modern business-class residential complex located in the Vyborgsky District of Saint Petersburg. The project is distinguished by its intimacy, architectural expressiveness, and thoughtfully designed infrastructure.
The building was created through the reconstruction of a 1960s automatic telephone exchange, involving the redevelopment of an underutilized property in one of Saint Petersburg’s residential districts.
The main objective of the project was to completely change the building’s purpose, transforming it into a multifunctional residential building that meets modern global trends and technologies.
