Tajir is a commercial–office project that goes beyond function, focusing on creating new spatial relationships. The perforated façade filters light and shadow, casting shifting patterns that bring a dynamic sense of life to the building. A ramp connecting the gym to the upper level creates a continuous, fluid experience of movement and enriches the dialogue between different functions. Here, architecture transforms motion, vision, and human presence into design tools, shaping a place that feels alive, social, and constantly in motion.
