Tarasht Number 31 Office Building

Best Implemented Restoration / Reconstruction Project

About the project
The inspirational idea behind conducting this project was to rebuild a decayed building and transform it to a modern and well-designed office building for a private company.
The main idea to construct the facade of the building have been generated based on using columns and magnifying them. Using this design on the facade not only demonstrates no sign from its earlier design and weak texture but also it brings the feeling of solidity, sense of strength and having seriousness of the work place in its users’ minds.
Our main goal in the interior design of the building was to improve communication between staff team, create transparency at work place, build team spirit among team members. Therefore, in order to fulfil these aims, the inner walls have been removed to provide a flexible work space.
