Best Design Project for Library
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The library in Pushkin is located on the ground floor of a residential building. Our studio is developing each hall step by step, while maintaining a unified interior concept. The design takes into account the architectural features and emphasizes vivid details: a combination of wood textures, burgundy shades, and black lines creates a sense of graphic contrast. Unique furniture solutions were designed to increase capacity without sacrificing comfort.
The window area was transformed into an exhibition zone with warm lighting that visually expands the hall. A central furniture module with a podium in the children’s reading room distorts perspective, while irregular geometric forms create an atmosphere of ease and childhood. Various light sources, textures, and color accents are used to shape a cozy and inspiring environment.
