Best Project of Public Space by Student

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project focuses on creating a multifunctional space that unites the spiritual, cultural, and social aspects of life. The architectural concept, executed in warm red brick, emphasizes intimacy and a welcoming atmosphere.

At the heart of the campus lies the main temple, surrounded by auxiliary buildings, among which the distinctive bell tower plays a dominant role. Opposite the temple is a hotel complex for pilgrims and tourists, providing comfortable accommodation and allowing full immersion in the sacred environment.

The cultural and exhibition pavilion is designed for hosting exhibitions, lectures, and events aimed at education and open dialogue. The park area, featuring a pond and pedestrian alleys, forms a secluded space for relaxation, reflection, and unity with nature.

Location
Severodvinsk, Arkhangelsk Region, Russia. Paranikha Tract.

The project of the temple complex with a public, religious, and cultural center was developed as a 3rd-year course work. My approach to architecture is deeply rooted in respect for historical context and cultural identity, which makes working on such projects both inspiring and meaningful.
