The modernization of the Cultural Center was part of a dissertation study focused on the development of Russia’s sociocultural infrastructure through the renovation of cultural centers. Theoretical and practical results of the research formed the basis for the revitalization project of the Cultural Center in Pobeda Village, Leningrad Region.
The project includes comprehensive site improvement, creation of a flexible internal spatial layout, and development of a new architectural identity. The façade design gives the building a unique identity, making it a compositional landmark of the village.
