The project is a multifunctional complex in the Klin district of the Moscow region, designed to accommodate up to 300 visitors simultaneously. The complex includes:
- A museum block for 200 visitors with four exhibition halls and a lecture hall for 100 people
• A restaurant for 70 guests with an open terrace overlooking the lake
• Creative workshops in the park area for 12 visitors
• A year-round stable for 6 horses
• A hotel with rooms of various categories: 20 double rooms, 5 suites, and 10 staff rooms
The architectural design of the façade is in classical style, featuring elements characteristic of N.A. Lvov’s work, including symmetrical compositions and thoughtfully designed motifs. The complex offers a variety of zones for different age groups and interests, creating an attractive space for vacations and weekend leisure.
