Category
Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant)
«Tishinsky Boulevard» is a quiet, green elite district in Moscow’s Presnensky District. It features a unique promenade boulevard within its 1.9-hectare park. The design includes zones for active and passive recreation, covered galleries, private green rooms, a multifunctional sports area, a workout zone, a children’s playground, a dry fountain, and a cascading pond. The infrastructure is exclusively for residents: the Clubhouse serves as a thoughtfully designed central hub, including a club lounge with a terrace following Friend's Lab standards for shared relaxation, a children’s play club following Kid’s Lab standards, and wellness spaces under the Fit Lab standard with free fitness and a 25-meter pool.
Each building in the «Tishinsky Boulevard» district is unique, featuring individual architecture with facades made of premium materials. Residents’ tranquility is ensured by the market-first comprehensive, proven Perfect Silence technology. The Sminex Comfort Service operates 24/7 to maintain residents’ well-being and preserve the concept of the homes.
