Toudali Villa

Best Project of Private Residence

About the project (provided by the applicant)
Located on a constrained site with a narrow 5-meter frontage, Toudali Villa responds to spatial and visual challenges through refined architectural solutions. To overcome southern visual barriers caused by adjacent buildings, volumes are carefully articulated to frame selective views of the Alborz mountains. A horizontal void pierces the core, channeling natural light and air while organizing functional zones. The central courtyard offers a private, serene space connecting indoors with nature. A rooftop garden overlooks low neighboring structures, providing expansive mountain vistas. Skylights animate interiors with shifting daylight, deepening the bond between architecture and environment. This villa delicately balances constraint, nature, and poetic design.
