Architecture never exists in a sterile void, and often the potential of the site defines the form and main idea of the project.
This plot is located on the cape of an artificial reservoir, aligned with the main alley of the settlement, and at the center of a diverse private housing area.
The layout program of the house ensures the comfort typical for this type of building. In addition to standard living and technical blocks, the design includes a swimming pool and a garage block with staff rooms. These wings on either side of the main volume add dynamism to the otherwise symmetrical center and create picturesque local spaces around the perimeter of the house.
The verticality of the chimney stacks serves as a compositional center and a recognizable landmark in the Moscow region settlement.
