About the project
In designing this project, the employer asked us to design 6 villas for friends and families. One of the main demands of the client was to create an environment and houses that are free from stress and create peace in every person who enters the project site,
As the plot is located project next to trees and a pond, we have tried to preserve all the elements on the site and our design adapts to the environment and becomes a part of nature. The general design represents the shape of a tree where the main path is the trunk and each villa is shaped like a leaf.

Applicant and author of the project
Milad Eshtiyaghi was born 1994 in Tehran, Iran. After graduating from high school, he entered the Faculty of Architecture and received Master’s degree in sustainable Architecture at IUST (Iran University of Sciences and Technology). Milad Eshtiyaghi created his own architectural office in 2016, he is currently designing architecture internationally. Milad seriously follows the minimalist, green and sustainable architectural style.
