Three buildings, united by common planning principles, are located on adjacent plots on the territory of the SeeBreez residential complex. They form a semblance of a residential complex, radically different in architecture from the surrounding buildings.
The buildings are three-storied. On the ground floor there is a reception room and an office, a gym and fitness, as well as office and technical rooms, garages for 5 cars and rooms for day stay and accommodation of staff.
The second floor is designed for family communication and recreation. The center of the composition is the courtyard with a swimming pool, around which the entire surrounding space is built.
On the third floor there is a sleeping area, which includes five sleeping blocks, identical in size and layout, united by a common space of halls and open terraces.
