The residential quarter is part of the district near the under-construction Desna metro station. The complex combines residential functions for creative professionals and ordinary city residents.
The building for creative residents consists of a podium with three towers. The podium includes retail spaces, and the roof is designed as an accessible area. The residential section comprises three towers with different façade and layout solutions:
- First Tower (for artists): the façade features reproductions of Renaissance paintings.
• Second Tower (for actors): the façade is designed like a theater curtain, providing privacy for residents.
• Third Tower (for musicians): the façade is clad with sound-absorbing panels, whose shape and placement vary according to acoustic requirements.
The accessible roof includes a stage for rehearsals, also available for city events. The ground floors of the towers accommodate rehearsal rooms and workshops.
The second residential building consists of three blocks of varying heights with retail on the ground floors.
