Twist Client Business Center

Best Project of Public Building or Facility
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The premium Twist Business Center was specially designed to house client offices. It stands out for its excellent transport accessibility, located right by the Savyolovskaya metro station and directly adjacent to the Third Transport Ring (TTK).
The building is visible from all sides, attracting attention and noticeable from afar. Its unusual “twisted” form and panoramic mullioned windows give the facade a futuristic appearance. The interior design harmoniously complements the architectural concept.
A barrier-free access system ensures quick, easy, and comfortable entry to the offices for clients. The new friendly building safety standard eliminates turnstiles and the need for passes.
Twist offers a rich infrastructure for informal interaction with clients: restaurants, a coffee shop, and landscaped terraces on the roof and stylobate for employees and visitors. Despite its amenities, the building remains compact and cozy, with only nine floors, three of which are dedicated to retail. Twist is equipped with the most advanced and complete comfort systems.
