The territory of the Ugam Hotel Complex is located in a mountainous area. From north (Kazakhstan) to south flows the full-flowing Ugam River. The site features sharply varying elevations, which dictate the positioning of all buildings within the complex: 13 high-rise structures (3 and 7 stories) with underground parking and 36 two-story guest houses.
The facade elements are designed in a contemporary chalet style. The high-rise buildings include rooftop terraces offering panoramic views of the mountain landscapes.
The total capacity of the hotels is up to 1,032 guests, with 40 administrative staff and 80 service personnel.
