The Ultra City residential complex is located in the Primorsky District of St. Petersburg, between Glukharskaya and Plesetskaya streets, on two land plots separated by Komendantsky Prospekt. The complex consists of ten residential buildings, two kindergartens (80 and 151 places), a general education school for 825 students, a two-level underground and nine-level above-ground parking facility.
Four arc-shaped residential buildings of 18–19 floors and six 25-floor point residential buildings, along with the school and parking structures, form spacious, well-lit, noise-protected, landscaped inner courtyards, which include playgrounds, recreation areas, and sports facilities. The composition is built along an axis perpendicular to Komendantsky Prospekt. The complex is designed in a unified style referencing the Constructivist era of the 1920s.
