The Unsu residential building project is located in the city of Mashhad, Iran. Unsu means looking inside or outside and what will be seen.
This project is formed on 6 floors, and the 5th and 6th floors are duplexes. The custom architecture of this project, as well as numerous back-and-forths between the design team and the client and information about their needs, led the project to a direction where we see a series of changes in the plan on each floor of this building, which is a response to the needs of the audience.
The solid and double-shell facade of the building was a response to one of the needs of the client, who emphasized maintaining the privacy and private status of his life, and on the other hand, he wanted to have a private and public balcony at the same time.
