Category
Best Implemented Apartment / Private House Interior Design Project
About the project (provided by the applicant)
Apartment 101 celebrates the cosmopolitan life of Mexico City, boldly merging urban elements with timeless elegance to create a home that reflects the metropolis’s dynamic energy and rich cultural heritage. Located in Del Valle, near Poliforum Siqueiros, it combines art, architecture, and lifestyle, offering comfort, functionality, and a unique aesthetic. Energetic colors over a neutral base balance modern and classic design, from the multifunctional entrance to the contemplative balcony. The horseshoe-shaped kitchen maximizes functionality and sustainability, while natural light and green elements foster a connection with nature. Restored furniture and local artworks enrich the space and support cultural heritage. Every detail embodies Mexico City’s identity, creating a captivating, functional, and sustainable home where tradition, creativity, and contemporary living converge seamlessly.
