Project
Uyutny Quarter-Park, Lots 3 and 4
Category
Best Implemented Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project consists of seven nine-storey buildings spaced apart from each other. The façades feature clean lines complemented by expressive details: asymmetrical roofs, stained-glass glazing, and contrasting wall panels that visually enlarge the windows.
The graphic quality of the façades is defined by the strict geometry of the building arrangement. The buildings are aligned in a single row, creating a spacious enclosed area within the quarter. At the center are a school and two kindergartens. The territory is organically divided into interactive playgrounds, sports complexes, leisure areas, and children’s facilities. Various outdoor lighting scenarios and accent lighting for the façades have been implemented.
In the Uyutny Quarter-Park, priority is given to landscaping and a comfortable internal environment. The buildings are integrated into a park through the surrounding landscape. The courtyard and inter-block spaces are organized as a park-garden with a variety of greenery, including 142 plant species.
