Project
Museum-Studio of the Russian Ballet School named after Vaganova

Category
Best Architectural Design for Museum

About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project aspires to embody the essence of Russian ballet in architectural form, creating a space for culture and education. Located in a mountainous area, the museum-studio reflects the fluidity, grace, and discipline of the Vaganova technique. Dynamic forms, organic curves, and transparent surfaces evoke the movements of an arabesque, while natural light acts as a choreographic element, shaping a constantly changing atmosphere. This is not merely a space for art, but an architectural metaphor of ballet, where every line and shadow celebrates the poetry of movement.
