“Varesh” Sky Garden Tower
Category
Best Project of Residential or Mixed-Use Estate
About the project (provided by the applicant)
“Vâresh” Sky Garden Tower reimagines the traditional homes of Gilan as contemporary vertical living, responding to land scarcity and urban density. Each duplex features a “Courtyard in the Sky” with glass balustrades that blur the boundary between indoors and outdoors. Exposed staircases and alternating mirrored floor plans create symmetry, while lush greenery evokes the region’s landscape. Expansive windows invite natural light and open views, and matte-black pitched roofs with integrated solar panels ensure durability and sustainability. White cement, moisture-resistant insulation, and locally inspired Lat wood bridge tradition and modern technology—bringing the experience of a northern villa to the heights of a residential tower.
