This 446 sq.m residence for permanent living is located in the Leningrad Region, in the Vartemyagi Village cottage settlement.
The architectural design presents a two-story private home harmoniously integrated into the natural landscape of a coniferous forest. Clean lines, a horizontal composition, and extensive glazing emphasize the building’s contemporary style, opening up the space and creating a strong connection between the interior and the surrounding nature.
The facades combine natural and high-tech materials — concrete, wood, and metalized panels. Panoramic windows fill the interior with natural light and offer views of picturesque forest scenery.
The spatial layout is tailored for comfortable country living: an open-plan public area, private bedrooms, a terrace, and a garage integrated into the architecture. Particular attention was paid to details, proportions, and the balance between privacy and openness.
