About the project
The site is a backyard located in the Vasileostrovsky district of St. Petersburg, in a densely-built historic environment. The project offers the adaptative re-use of an existing building as an apartment hotel. The five-storey hotel will have 29 rooms.
The building of the hotel is an addition to the neighboring historic house. Brass, which is used as a finishing material, perfectly fits into the existing development.
