Villa “Breeze” is the embodiment of architecture as art.
Built on a picturesque hill in Sochi, the villa offers breathtaking views of the Black Sea, combining aesthetic elegance with functionality and comfort. The total area of the house is 310 sq.m on a 730 sq.m plot, with a garage of 83 sq.m. The architectural forms are carefully refined, and the façades are made of porcelain stoneware—a combination of durability and subtle visual effect. Interiors are custom-designed, using natural materials with meticulous detailing.
The project is intended not just as a private residence but as an object worthy of museum attention: architectural harmony, precise finishing, and artistic strength. “Breeze” exemplifies how a modern villa can combine aesthetics, innovation, and cultural value.
