About the project (provided by the applicant)
“Daricheh” is not just a name but a space that opens fresh perspectives. Its glass façades act as transparent layers framing the world, breathing and shifting with light throughout the day. At times they welcome the sun, at times they open passages, and at times they mirror the endless dance of light and water. These “darichehs” form the heart of the villa—rupturing the boundary between shelter and nature, inviting the outside in. At its center lies the human presence, transforming the building from a lifeless body into a vessel of emotion. The subtle tension between form and feeling defines its essence, reminding us that architecture’s value lies in its dialogue with inhabitants. The villa’s core beats like a crystalline heart, from which vertical and horizontal branches grow. Through its transparency, this glass center reveals an inner structure where light, fluidity, and human life dissolve boundaries.

K+A Architects Studio
In September 2017 we, Mahdi Kishizadeh and Mojgan Aghaeipour, finalized the idea of our architecture studio and K+A architects was born. We are both architects. We started together, we failed together and we achieved victories together. We continued and experimented differently each time, because we had an idea.
