Function first, shape next. This house is consistent, austere and minimalistic. It is accurately fit into the existing landscape. Functional layouts of the site and the house itself follow the customers’ requirements, who wanted them to become a great place for living, work and leisure, a place to stay with family or with friends. The house comprises a sitting room, a dining room, a study, a guest bedroom, as well as bedrooms for the owners and their kids. All utility services are located in the basement. The SPA is designed with a swimming pool, a sauna, and a rest room.
The house and the SPA are connected with an open terrace that includes a BBQ site and a recreation venue.
