About the project
Villa Julya in Brazil gated village is a modern minimalist building. Subtle vertical lines of the facades contrast with the strong horizontal lines, as well as massive cantilevered balconies.
The limited color palette, the wood and stone textures, and the panoramic windows ensure that the building blends in with the landscape. At the same time, the snow-white protruding slabs create strict aesthetics and clear geometry.
The total area of the buildings is 500 sq.m. The villa consists of two volumes: a house and an outbuilding with 4 parking spaces. The living space includes a hall, a living room, an open plan kitchen, and a guest room with a bathroom. On the second floor, there is a master bedroom with a walk-in closet and a bathroom overlooking the sea and the forest, two children's bedrooms with their own bathrooms and a laundry room.
