Best Implemented Project of Private Residence
About the project
The main challenge of the house was to create a feeling of peace and isolation in a fairly dense urban environment while offering new architecture in an environment flooded with banality.
The main facade is characterized by the duo formed between the horizontality of the volume of the first floor with the verticality marked by the stairwells and its light faults, thus giving an ultra-modern appearance to the whole project.
We have proposed a contemporary plan while respecting the hierarchy of spaces and the notion of privacy present in the Arabic family lifestyle, and this by creating a ground floor without doors where only the deployment of walls in the space makes office of separation and allows to make the transition between public, semi private and the private space which is the large living room...
The double-height living room area is made on the same level as the summer living and dining room to create this connection between interior and exterior typical of mediteranean living
