The Villa Marina club house on Krestovsky Island offers 20 residences with unique views of the water, greenery, and mansions of Kamenny Island. Frameless glazing and panoramic windows fill the interiors with natural light, allowing residents to enjoy the surrounding landscape.
The façades are clad in natural granite and Jurassic marble, decorated with bespoke ornaments repeated throughout the building — in the grand lobby, on the façade, and on terrace railings. Graceful shapes are set within clean, restrained lines. Expansive glazing, terraces, and French balconies embody elegance in a contemporary interpretation.
A landscaped private embankment with a tea pavilion, lounge areas, and shaded benches creates the atmosphere of a secluded promenade at any time of year. The private pier provides direct access to boating right from the residence. A multifunctional children’s playground with diverse modules is also available.
