The villa is conceived as an exploration of fluid geometry and spatial continuity, utilizing a sculptural architectural language defined by sweeping curves, cantilevered volumes, and seamless transitions between horizontal and vertical planes. The primary structure is articulated through exposed concrete with a textured finish, providing both material honesty and a strong visual identity.

Glazing is a key design element, with full-height curtain walls and corner-wrapped glass panels that dissolve boundaries between interior and exterior. This maximizes daylight penetration while offering panoramic views of the landscaped grounds. The glazing is framed with slender profiles in warm-toned finishes, balancing transparency with structural precision.

The ground plane is designed as a series of terraced platforms that integrate landscape and architecture. Linear LED lighting embedded in the steps and planter edges accentuates the layered composition, reinforcing both circulation and visual

Mazdak completed his Bachelor’s degree in Architecture from The Ajman University of Science and Technology in 2008 and Master's degree in Architecture from The University of Sydney in 2011. He then went on to lecture Architecture at Sama Azad University, Shiraz and at the Shiraz Art Institute of Higher Education during 2011-12. As a practicing architect Mazdak has experience in the field, working in various offices in Iran, Dubai and Sydney.
