The project is an architectural ensemble consisting of a residential house, SPA, and a technical building with staff rooms and security. The style reflects a modern chalet, consistent with the aesthetics of the cottage settlement.
The central space is the living room, which flows through the guest dining area into the winter garden.
The volumetric and spatial organization ensures harmony between public and private areas. Special attention was given to residents’ daily routines, professional activities, and hobbies. The residential house and SPA are connected by a glass gallery. Panoramic windows and open terraces integrate the interior with the surrounding landscape.
The façade is finished with plaster, natural stone, and wood. Dark graphite-colored wood adds contrast to the façades, while stone at the base creates a sense of solid foundation.
