Project
Wright-Style House
Category
Best Implemented Project of Private Residence
About the project (provided by the applicant)
This striking country house is built on a picturesque plot in the Moscow Region. The design reflects the influence of F. L. Wright’s motifs, with a strong emphasis on horizontal lines.
The plot has a complex shape, so the house was placed as far back from the entrance as possible to create a private, calm environment. The main facade features a central two-story volume containing all the living spaces. To the right is the technical area, including a garage and staff rooms. To the left is the entertainment zone, with a swimming pool, a traditional Russian banya, and a hammam. Each room has access to a balcony or terrace.
Only environmentally friendly materials were used for construction and finishing: stone, wood, metal, and plaster.
