About the project
In compliance with the functional diversity principle, the internal premises of this residential development are comprehensively landscaped and beautified. Recreation zones are classified for active and passive leisure. The active leisure design comprises all the user groups, including the disabled. Children playgrounds have shock-absorbing coverings, workout zones have injury-prevention floors, and all the sites well viewed for better social control. The passive leisure sites are safe and located away from the active ones to ensure noise protection and acoustic comfort.
