About the project (provided by the applicant)
The project involves a complete reconstruction of the “Yevlashevsky Library and Leisure Center” building, originally built in 1975 according to standard project 264-12-65, located in the small working settlement of Yevlashevo, 10 km from Kuznetsk, the second-largest city in the Penza Region, surrounded by forests and fields in the heart of European Russia.

The building’s main function is to provide comfortable spaces for various creative groups, especially children. It also accommodates events, concerts, creative meetings, film screenings, and performances. The library inside offers a place for leisure and learning.
