About the project
The house is designed on a site with a significant level drop, and to sit the building there the architects designed a layout with a height difference of 1.6 m. Actually having 2 storeys, the house comprises semi-floors arranged around the staircase. The house can be accessed from the entrance level and from the car parking level. Additional entrances to utility rooms and the bath house are designed at the ground floor. Thanks to the sophisticated layout, the house looks complex, picturesque and fitting well into the almost Alpine surrounding terrain.
Two sitting rooms with fireplaces, 4 bedrooms, the master study, the sauna and many utility rooms like a foods pantry in the kitchen and the dog’s room make the house. The facades are finished with clinker tiling, white plaster and all kinds of decoration belts.
