YUNUSABAD GALLERY Business Center is a nine-story multifunctional complex combining retail and office functions. The project aims to create a comfortable business environment within walking distance of residential areas, blending architectural expressiveness, energy efficiency, and sustainable technologies.
The first two floors are occupied by retail spaces with large glazed façades, providing natural light and ventilation. Floors 3 to 9 house open-plan offices with flexible layouts. The façades are made of glass, aluminum, and stone, giving the building a modern appearance while reducing heat loss. An underground parking facility enhances usability. The building’s orientation optimizes daylight exposure, and low-energy engineering systems and durable materials are applied.
YUNUSABAD GALLERY creates a balanced environment that integrates functionality, aesthetics, and sustainable development principles.
