The design concept focuses on the preservation and adaptation of the Zavetonoye Estate for contemporary use, transforming it into an attractive tourist destination and a cultural center for the district. The project takes a comprehensive approach, including the conservation of cultural heritage objects, landscaping, creation of a museum space, tourist routes, recreational areas, pavilions, a landscape park, an eco-trail, a hotel complex, and a waterfront.
